HOUSE BILL 1010is a bill that makes it so that all trade agreements that the State engages in are approved by the Legislature. Currently Colorado's participation in any International trade agreement is decided on solely by the Governor.

HOUSE BILL 1095is a bill that came out of the Government Procurement Committee, which Paul Co-Chaired this summer. The intent of the bill is to make it so that the state buys environmentally preferable products. This bill has passed the House of Representatives and is on it's way to the Senate.

HOUSE BILL 1158is a bill to allow for the inspections of public schools as they're being constructed. Current practice are that those schools are only inspected upon completion.

HOUSE BILL 1170is a measure to give public disclosure about the scope of practice, education, and experience of alternative health care providers.

HOUSE BILL 1203is a measure to elect the members of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and to give the elected commission oversite of the Commissioner of Insurance. Currently there are no consumer advocates on the PUC. By directly electing them, that opportunity will exist.
